Deanna Goodwin - Visitors Bureau: Downtown Restaurant Week
Deanna Goodwin has been with the Downtown Bureau for 18 years. Right now they are in the process of helping the older businesses revitalize. Deanna mentioned that the City of Kenosha has bought some of the larger properties to be able to help renovate the look on the downtown. Downtown Restaurant Week is a promotion that the visitors bureau has put together for about four years. Goes until the 25th. There are 24 businesses that are partcipating to highlight the dining scene. It’s a great option to try a new place and get a value for your money. Menus are available online for each of the restaurants and the fixed menu prices are $10 for breakfast and lunch and $20 and $30 for dinner. More information can be found at Downtownkenosha.org/rw
