Brent spoke today about the issues with the Healthcare industry. We are the sickest country in the world. The average cost of healthcare is $9,000 in the United States due to how sick we are in this country. It is important to reduce the cost. Most of the cost is waste. Preventive care is part of the equation. Brent stated that when people come to Kenosha Community Health Center that they asked what has happened to individuals along the way to get where they are in their health. The Kenosha Community Health Center is trying to lower the cost of healthcare by identifying the individuals that are high risk.
